Ralph Olson is the Co-Founder, President of American Capital Partners, Inc, a strategic business advisory and corporate marketing firm. Ralph is also the Managing Director of Sunshine Advisors, LLC, a private holding company. 

Ralph has spent over 40 years as an investor and business advisor to companies on three continents. Ralph has helped both public and private companies raise over $400,000,000.  Some examples of these transactions include Venu Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: VENU), The House of Taylor Jewelry (NASDAQ: HOTJ) and China Fire and Safety (NASDAQ:CFSG). These companies were taken from inception through the IPO process.

Ralph started his career as a broker and rose to become the head of sales for Cohig & Associates, which operated offices throughout in the United States, and lead or co-managed over 80 public companies and raised over $2 billion. Ralph initiated and executed the merger of Cohig & Associates with Global Capital Partners (NASDAQ: GCAP), which became an international investment banking firm.

Ralph lives in Parker, Colorado with his wife Krista, his daughter Jayden.
