At American Capital Partners our name represents our brand and our mission. We are Americans and we invest in American ideas and ideals, American brands and most importantly American entrepreneurs.
Our Capital is both monetary and opportunistic. We believe in capitalism, which represents investment, but also risk taking and opportunistic time management. In other words, we believe that our Capital is as much our experience and our contacts that we have developed over decades of business building, as it is our monetary investment.
We seek Partners in business, and we believe that being engaged with our clients and their businesses is the best way to leverage our resources and deploy our expertise.

Our Business

Simply put, we seek great management teams that are either developing a business, operating existing business and want to grow or have identified a business and want to acquire and expand.

Once we are comfortable with the management and their plan, our new partners engage us as business advisors. We then go to work to provide our teams resources and introductions to our network of professionals.

If there is a need for capital, we will introduce our Partners to our network of investment professionals. We provide advice in the capital raising process. We also make direct opportunistic investments.
